O \u00f3rg\u00e3o federal teria recebido den\u00fancias de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de im\u00f3veis, no referido local.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Por meio de visita domiciliar, entrevista social e consulta de cadastro \u00fanico exclu\u00eddo, a equipe t\u00e9cnica da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o faz o levantamento das irregularidades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As den\u00fancias diriam respeito ao \u201cuso indevido de alguns dos 472 im\u00f3veis existentes no conjunto habitacional. Entre elas estariam a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o do apartamento\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Em nota \u00e0 imprensa, o Executivo esclarece \u201cque as moradias, por lei, t\u00eam destina\u00e7\u00e3o social. Elas s\u00f3 podem ser utilizadas pelo pr\u00f3prio benefici\u00e1rio, sendo proibida a compra, venda, loca\u00e7\u00e3o e cess\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis a terceiros\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Com o atendimento prestado, o Social oferece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s fam\u00edlias benefici\u00e1rias. Inclusive, sobre como regularizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral. A equipe tamb\u00e9m alerta sobre a necessidade de cumprimento dos deveres firmados em contrato, com garantia de aliena\u00e7\u00e3o fiduci\u00e1ria do im\u00f3vel. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Segundo a Secretaria de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, o objetivo \u201c\u00e9 colaborar para a sustentabilidade do empreendimento habitacional.
