O novo Conselho Municipal de Defesa da Mulher – CMDM em Ibi\u00fana, que acaba de tomar posse, pretende fazer um diagn\u00f3stico da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher no munic\u00edpio, segundo anunciou a vitrine online sua presidenta, advogada Vanessa Longano. Ela assinalou que o “CMDM tem como objetivos elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher em todos os aspectos da vida social e a busca da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de suas aspira\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas, econ\u00f4micas, sociais e culturais”. Vitrine online – O que \u00e9 o CMDM?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanessa Longano – \u00c9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o consultivo de car\u00e1ter permanente, com fun\u00e7\u00f5es opinativas e fiscalizadora, vinculado \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal da Promo\u00e7\u00e3o Social, constituindo-se num \u00f3rg\u00e3o colegiado pleno, de composi\u00e7\u00e3o partid\u00e1ria entre o poder p\u00fablico e a Sociedade Civil.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VO – Quais os seus fundamentos e fun\u00e7\u00e3o social?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VL – Tem como objetivos elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher em todos os aspectos da vida social e a busca da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de suas aspira\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas, econ\u00f4micas, sociais e culturais. Tamb\u00e9m compete ao CMDM assessorar o poder executivo emitindo pareceres, acompanhando a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de programas com o governo federal e estadual; Propor medidas e atividades em defesa da mulher; Desenvolver estudos, debates, e pesquisas; Desenvolver projetos que promovam a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher; Incorporar preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es e sugest\u00f5es manifestadas pela sociedade; Formular e promover pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas; Incentivar, participar e apoiar realiza\u00e7\u00f5es que promovam a mulher, assessorar o Poder Executivo na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria para planos e programas de atendimento a mulher; Emitir pareceres \u00e0 C\u00e2mara; Entre outas a\u00e7\u00f5es de defesa e promo\u00e7\u00e3o aos direitos das mulheres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VO – O que as mulheres ibiunenses podem esperar dele?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VL – Hoje temos um grupo de mulheres organizadas, corajosas e dispostas a enfrentar os preconceitos que comumente est\u00e3o presentes nas rodas de bate-papo de pessoas que n\u00e3o se d\u00e3o conta do quanto \u00e9 importante para a sociedade que a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher em todos os aspectos da vida social seja banida de vez. O mundo precisa de menos julgamento e mais acolhimento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta nova composi\u00e7\u00e3o do CMDM buscar\u00e1 elaborar um diagn\u00f3stico da realidade de mulher no munic\u00edpio de fomentar a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos e espa\u00e7os espec\u00edficos para um olhar especializado \u00e0s ibiunenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O CMDM conta com o apoio do poder p\u00fablico, assim como toda a sociedade, e todos precisam ter consci\u00eancia de que esse \u00e9 um trabalho \u00e1rduo e ser\u00e1 desempenhado em benef\u00edcio de muitas mulheres que se encontram desprotegidas, humilhadas e sem saber que rumo dar \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fam\u00edlia \u00e9 a base da sociedade e isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 novidade, mas essa base necessita ser solidificada no amor e respeito m\u00fatuo. Precisamos lutar de todas as formas para modificar a mentalidade das pessoas, especialmente dos homens para que estes vejam as mulheres com mais respeito e que n\u00e3o fa\u00e7am da for\u00e7a bruta uma arma covarde para resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para isso ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos e pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas relacionadas ao respeito \u00e0 mulher. Mas o apoio de todos, sem distin\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel, pois ningu\u00e9m est\u00e1 livre de fazer parte desta triste hist\u00f3ria ou entrar para as estat\u00edsticas, visto que hoje, a viol\u00eancia, a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e os abusos ocorrem na casa do vizinho, com a mulher, a filha, a irm\u00e3, m\u00e3e do outro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para que as coisas melhorem precisamos ter boa vontade e proatividade. N\u00e3o podemos ficar em casa sentadas, esperando que as coisas melhorem.
