Morreu na manh\u00e3 de hoje (9) a cantora Gal Costa, ao 77 anos, em sua casa em S\u00e3o Paulo, uma das maiores int\u00e9rpretes do Brasil de todos os tempos. Natural de Salvador, nasceu Maria das Gra\u00e7as Penna Burgos e s\u00f3 depois acrescentou Gal em seu registro de nascimento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ela estava afastada do palco desde que se submeteu a uma cirurgia no fim de setembro para retirada de um n\u00f3dulo na fossa nasal direita. A causa de sua morte n\u00e3o foi revelada at\u00e9 o momento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e1 anos fui a um dos seus shows em S\u00e3o Paulo, com audit\u00f3rio lotado. Quando ela surgiu no palco, com um foco de luz, e come\u00e7ou a cantar sua voz se agigantou e ecoou com uma finura elegante impec\u00e1vel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sua carreira foi marcada por uma presen\u00e7a singular como artista de forte influ\u00eancia na cultura brasileira e tamb\u00e9m em suas posi\u00e7\u00f5es de natureza social e pol\u00edtica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A not\u00edcia de sua morte pegou todos de surpresa e provocou imediata manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de tristeza n\u00e3o apenas dos artistas mas de toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
