O ad<\/strong>vogado M\u00e1rio Pires, eleito no dia 27 de janeiro para presidir o CACS- Fundeb, entrou com recurso no Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico nesta quarta-feira (8) pedindo que o Conselho eleito para o pr\u00f3ximo bi\u00eanio seja mantido inalterado \u201cconforme foi eleito\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essa medida foi tomada porque no dia 2 deste m\u00eas Poder Executivo Ibi\u00fanense anulou a elei\u00e7\u00e3o por meio do decreto n\u00ba 2301.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pires considerou a atitude do Executivo um \u201cabuso\u201d, j\u00e1 que partiu da presun\u00e7\u00e3o de que a elei\u00e7\u00e3o deva passar por sua \u201chomologa\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d quando, na verdade segundo o advogado, o Conselho \u00e9 aut\u00f4nomo e \u201cn\u00e3o depende de qualquer homologa\u00e7\u00e3o (ju\u00edzo de valor) do Executivo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DENTRO DA LEI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e1rio Pires disse a vitrine online hoje (9) que o edital convocando a elei\u00e7\u00e3o foi cumprido \u00e0 risca e que as indica\u00e7\u00f5es dos integrantes do Conselho foram feitas dentro do prazo de acordo com os \u201cof\u00edcios expedidos pela Secretaria da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA composi\u00e7ao seguiu a lei do Fundeb e o prefeito agiu com abuso no momento em que condicionou que o Conselho deveria passar por sua \u2018homologa\u00e7\u00e3o\u2019.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No mesmo dia 2 em que o prefeito Paulo Sasaki assinou o decreto realizava-se, na sede da OAB-Se\u00e7\u00e3o Ibi\u00fana, uma reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria de transi\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho que fiscaliza a gest\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica e de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Ibi\u00fana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 O Conselho foi formado por indica\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios segmentos da sociedade civil e foi eleito como presidente M\u00e1rio Pires, o empres\u00e1rio Eli Valentim, como vice, Claudia Prestes, secret\u00e1ria, al\u00e9m dos conselheiros.<\/strong>

Na reuni\u00e3o do dia 2, a ent\u00e3o presidente, Viviane Vilar, fez entrega dos documentos pertinentes ao Conselho.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como se recorda, uma das principais fun\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho do Fundeb \u00e9 fiscalizar o uso das verbas destinadas ao pagamento dos professores e dos investimentos para melhoria no sistema de ensino municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depois que vitrine online publicou uma pequena nota do Facebook informando sobre a anula\u00e7\u00e3o da elei\u00e7\u00e3o do novo Conselho por decreto municipal, surgiram diversos coment\u00e1rios trocistas nas redes sociais \u201csugerindo\u201d que a decis\u00e3o do Executivo teria sido tomada de modo preventivo para ‘dificultar’ ou mesmo ‘impedir’ uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do dr.
