{"id":28836,"date":"2023-06-01T15:56:04","date_gmt":"2023-06-01T18:56:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/revistavitrineibiuna.com.br\/?p=28836"},"modified":"2023-06-01T15:56:05","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T18:56:05","slug":"ibiuna-12-vereadores-revotam-contas-de-bello-que-ja-haviam-sido-rejeitadas-pela-camara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/revistavitrineibiuna.com.br\/?p=28836","title":{"rendered":"IBIUNA \u2013 12 VEREADORES \u2018REVOTAM\u2019 CONTAS DE BELLO QUE J\u00c1 HAVIAM SIDO REJEITADAS PELA C\u00c2MARA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\"><strong>Numa decis\u00e3o que surpreendeu os segmentos pol\u00edticos mais sens\u00edveis da cidade de Ibi\u00fana, 12 vereadores aprovaram na sess\u00e3o de ontem (31) da C\u00e2mara Municipal as contas p\u00fablicas referentes aos exerc\u00edcios de 2013 e 2016, governo do ent\u00e3o prefeito F\u00e1bio Bello, que haviam recebido pareceres contr\u00e1rios \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O que mais chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o nesse caso \u00e9 o fato de as referidas contas j\u00e1 terem sido votadas e rejeitadas pelos vereadores em sess\u00f5es realizadas, respectivamente, nos anos de 2017 e 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A prop\u00f3sito, a vereadora Rozi da Farm\u00e1cia (UB) foi a \u00fanica parlamentar a defender a decis\u00e3o que havia sido tomada pelos seus colegas de outro mandato contr\u00e1ria \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das contas. Tamb\u00e9m foi a \u00fanica que votou contrariamente \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das referidas contas ontem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rozi, com base em parecer jur\u00eddico, disse em plen\u00e1rio que a atitude dos doze vereadores atenta contra a seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica, j\u00e1 que abre o perigoso precedente de que decis\u00f5es dos vereadores tomadas em um mandato possam ser mudadas em mandatos posteriores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Um arguto observador da cena pol\u00edtica ibiunense palpitou que a iniciativa do ex-prefeito F\u00e1bio Bello, que ocupa a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Urbano do atual Executivo, seja aplainar o caminho de seu futuro pol\u00edtico, talvez a partir do entendimento de que as contas de seu governo rejeitadas poderiam emergir como uma pedra no seu sapato pol\u00edtico.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O vereador Naldo Firmino (PP) se absteve de votar, usando a prerrogativa de ser o presidente da edilidade e o vereador Lino J\u00fanior (PSDB) n\u00e3o participou da sess\u00e3o por motivo de doen\u00e7a, segundo apuramos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SAIBA QUEM APROVOU AS CONTAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eis a rela\u00e7\u00e3o dos vereadores que, contrariando a decis\u00e3o anterior da pr\u00f3pria C\u00e2mara Municipal, aprovaram as contas de F\u00e1bio Bello.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abel do Cupim (PSB), Aladin (sem partido), Devnil da Ressaca (PSD), Walmir J\u00fanior (PSC), Fausto Dourado (MDB), Jair Marmelo (PCdoB), Lucas Borba (MDB), Luiz Fernado Piu (sem partido), Paulinho Dias (UB), Pururuca (UB), Ronie Von (PP), Valnei Galv\u00e3o (PRTB).<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Numa decis\u00e3o que surpreendeu os segmentos pol\u00edticos mais sens\u00edveis da cidade de Ibi\u00fana, 12 vereadores aprovaram na sess\u00e3o de ontem<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":28837,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[3],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.8 -
