Dever\u00e3o ser eleitos 30 mil novos conselheiros tutelares em 5.559 munic\u00edpios. Eles s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por proteger as crian\u00e7as e adolescentes v\u00edtimas de qualquer tipo de viol\u00eancia, de acordo com o que estabelece o Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente \u2013 ECA. O mandato ser\u00e1 de quatro anos, a contar do dia 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Em Ibi\u00fana, a elei\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada na Escola Municipal Alexandre Vanucchi Leme, das 8 \u00e0s 17 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Os Conselhos Tutelares cumprem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de zelar pelo cumprimento dos direitos da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente sempre que esses direitos forem amea\u00e7ados ou violados pela fam\u00edlia, pelo respons\u00e1vel, pela sociedade ou pelo Poder P\u00fablico.\u00a0Atuam, entre outras responsabilidades, na prote\u00e7\u00e3o de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes v\u00edtimas de neglig\u00eancia, viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica, psicol\u00f3gica ou sexual, podendo requisitar servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos nas \u00e1reas de sa\u00fade, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, servi\u00e7o social, previd\u00eancia, trabalho e seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>O voto \u00e9 facultativo, mas devido a import\u00e2ncia do conselheiro tutelar na garantia dos direitos das crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, \u00e9 importante que todos votem, a partir dos 16 anos. \u00c9 preciso apresentar documento de identidade (com foto), t\u00edtulo de eleitor e comprovante de resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estat\u00edstica da viol\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No primeiro semestre de 2015, o Disque 100 recebeu 66.518 den\u00fancias de viola\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos humanos, dos quais 42.114 relativos \u00e0 viol\u00eancia contra crian\u00e7as e adolescentes (63,3%). A principal viola\u00e7\u00e3o no caso de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes \u00e9 a neglig\u00eancia dos respons\u00e1veis, 76,3% das den\u00fancias.<\/p>\n<p>A viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica responde por 47,7% das chamadas; agress\u00e3o f\u00edsica, 42,6%; abuso sexual, 21,9%. Do total das v\u00edtimas, 45% s\u00e3o meninas e 39%, meninos.<\/p>\n<p>Das den\u00fancias recebidas no per\u00edodo, 51,5% foram encaminhadas para o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. A Secretaria dos Direitos Humanos do Governo Federal repassou 36% das den\u00fancias aos Conselhos Tutelares, que cumprem o papel de orientar as fam\u00edlias e proteger as crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidatos em Ibi\u00fana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como se trata, efetivamente, de uma elei\u00e7\u00e3o os candidatos est\u00e3o em plena campanha com mensagens impressas e postadas nas redes sociais, com fotos e como os nomes pelos quais s\u00e3o mais conhecidos, dados exaltando experi\u00eancia e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para o cargo, que \u00e9 remunerado.
