Nessa mesma data houve insistentes coment\u00e1rios de que estaria havendo transporte irregular de eleitores, o que \u00e9 vedado por lei. Muitas pessoas observaram esse fato e o levaram ao conhecimento da primeira promotora de Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Ibi\u00fana, Camila Teixeira Pinho, que fiscalizou o processo eleitoral.<\/p>\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, dra. Camila declarou \u00e0 <strong>vitrine online<\/strong>, ap\u00f3s conclu\u00edda a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos votos, que a elei\u00e7\u00e3o se realizara e que os eleitos foram proclamados. Ressalvou, no entanto, que se chegar a ela alguma den\u00fancia baseada \u201cem fatos concretos e provas\u201d de que houve favorecimento il\u00edcito a algum candidato, este poder\u00e1 ser impugnado e n\u00e3o tomar\u00e1 posse no dia 10 de janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>PROCEDIMENTO ADMINISTRATIVO<\/p>\n<p>Hoje (23), em entrevista \u00e0 <strong>vitrine online<\/strong>, a promotora informou que recebeu algumas den\u00fancias [at\u00e9 mesmo por e-mail an\u00f4nimo] e decidiu abrir um \u201cProcedimento Administrativo\u201d, a fim de apurar \u2013 visando colher provas concretas e objetivas \u2013 se houve \u201ctransporte irregular de eleitores por parte de alguns candidatos ao Conselho Tutelar\u201d. As apura\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 tiveram in\u00edcio tendo sido ouvidas pelo menos duas pessoas. Mais de vinte poder\u00e3o ser chamadas.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda que os eleitos tomem posse no dia 10 de janeiro de 2016, como est\u00e1 programado, a qualquer tempo a Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Ibi\u00fana poder\u00e1 ingressar com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o de mandato do candidato ou candidatos, \u201ccaso haja comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de conduta irregular\u201d. O procedimento administrativo abranger\u00e1 os cinco conselheiros eleitos, os cinco suplentes e, de modo geral, todos os 25 candidatos estar\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>AVISO FOI DADO<\/p>\n<p>A promotora Camila Teixeira Pinho lembrou que antes do pleito houve uma reuni\u00e3o com todos os candidatos e, entre outras orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e esclarecimentos, ficou claro que \u201co transporte de eleitores era vedado\u201d (proibido). Indagada a respeito, informou que, at\u00e9 o momento, n\u00e3o recebeu nenhuma den\u00fancia relativa \u00e0 compra de votos em esp\u00e9cie, como tamb\u00e9m se comentou no dia eleitoral.<\/p>\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, os coment\u00e1rios sobre atitudes suspeitas de atos irregulares pululavam. Puderam ser percebidas at\u00e9 mesmo pelos policiais que faziam a seguran\u00e7a da \u00e1rea pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 escola, por populares, por candidatos inconformados com as ousadias advers\u00e1rias. Algumas cenas dessas a\u00e7\u00f5es chegaram a ser filmadas ou fotografadas.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com apura\u00e7\u00e3o feita na ocasi\u00e3o por <strong>vitrine online<\/strong>, um servi\u00e7o de transporte (proibido) de eleitores teria funcionado desde cedo trazendo pessoas dos bairros para votarem [foram utilizadas vans, autom\u00f3veis e peruas]. Foi uma grande movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o abastecida por dois postos de combust\u00edvel da cidade, havendo mesmo at\u00e9 quem tenha conseguido uma lista de abastecimento de ve\u00edculos, com placas e valores pagos. Essa lista j\u00e1 se encontra em poder da promotora.<\/p>\n<p>OS ELEITOS<\/p>\n<p>A elei\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Tutelar foi realizada no dia 4 de outubro, um domingo, das 9 \u00e0s 17 horas, na Escola Municipal \u201cAlexandre Vanuchi Leme\u201d, localizada na rua Fortunatinho. Foram eleitos: Adriana Cristina da Silva Boreika (455), Ricardo Pagrion Filho (358); Maria Benedita Soares (282); Gislaine Cardoso de Oliveira (192); e Walmir Bortolotto J\u00fanior (176).<\/p>\n<p>Na elei\u00e7\u00e3o anterior, o n\u00famero total de eleitores foi um pouco maior do que os votos dados ao quinto colocado este ano: cerca de 180.
