Atendendo a mandado de seguran\u00e7a, o juiz titular da 1\u00aa Vara da Comarca de Ibi\u00fana, Dr. Augusto Bruno Mandelli, determinou ontem (8) que o prefeito de Ibi\u00fana, m\u00e9dico Jo\u00e3o Mello, torne p\u00fablicos, em 72 horas, todos os gastos feitos pela Prefeitura em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a medidas adotadas para o enfrentamento \u00e0 pandemia da Covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o popular impetrada por cidad\u00e3os [processo 1000741-90.2020.8.26.0238] visa apurar poss\u00edveis viola\u00e7\u00f5es \u201caos princ\u00edpios administrativos (Covid-19)\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n

O magistrado fixou multa di\u00e1ria por descumprimento \u00e0 decis\u00e3o judicial no montante de R$ 10 mil que, \u201cpara n\u00e3o onerar os contribuintes, recair\u00e1 sobre o patrim\u00f4nio individual das pessoas f\u00edsicas (prefeito e secret\u00e1rio da Sa\u00fade)\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Prefeitura de Ibi\u00fana dever\u00e1 disponibilizar na internet e em s\u00edtio oficial espec\u00edfico \u201ca fim de facilitar o acesso de todos os mun\u00edcipes ou \u00f3rg\u00e3o de controle dos gastos que est\u00e3o sendo realizados pelo Poder Executivo local de forma a dar efetividade aos princ\u00edpios constitucionais da normalidade e transpar\u00eancia p\u00fablica\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O Executivo dever\u00e1 informar o nome do contratado, o n\u00famero de sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o na Receita Federal, o prazo contratual, o valor e o respectivo processo de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o ou aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Assim, entre outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a Prefeitura dever\u00e1 prestar conta do repasse recebido do Governo Federal, no montante de R$ 382.463,54, para a\u00e7\u00f5es de combate ao coronav\u00edrus, assim como os recursos exatos utilizados at\u00e9 o momento com o hospital de campanha instalado na \u00c1rea de Lazer, pr\u00f3ximo ao centro da cidade.
