O intuito \u00e9 acabar com o com\u00e9rcio de terrenos clandestinos em Ibi\u00fana e penalizar quem realiza essa pr\u00e1tica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A determina\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita durante uma reuni\u00e3o realizada na ter\u00e7a-feira (16) e teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do vice-prefeito, dos secret\u00e1rios de Seguran\u00e7a, Desenvolvimento Urbano, Meio Ambiente, Governo e Neg\u00f3cios Jur\u00eddicos, al\u00e9m do Comandante da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) e chefes de agrupamento da GCM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sasaki quer que o combate aos loteamentos irregulares seja realizado 24h por dia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O prefeito de Ibi\u00fana pediu o apoio dos mun\u00edcipes denunciando o com\u00e9rcio ilegal para a Guarda Civil Municipal, atrav\u00e9s dos telefones: (15) 3241.2509 ou 153.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamb\u00e9m foi estabelecido um cronograma de a\u00e7\u00f5es. Em breve, o erefeito vai se reunir com o delegado para que a Pol\u00edcia Civil se mobilize nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e abertura de inqu\u00e9ritos sobre o com\u00e9rcio de loteamentos irregulares. Paralelamente, ap\u00f3s as fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es da GCM, Serla e Meio Ambiente, o Jur\u00eddico Municipal ir\u00e1 abrir procedimento civil e penal contra os respons\u00e1veis pelas vendas e tamb\u00e9m os que se aproveitam da situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antes de adquirir qualquer terreno no munic\u00edpio, os interessados devem se dirigir \u00e0 Prefeitura de Ibi\u00fana, na secretaria de Desenvolvimento Urbano, para consultar a condi\u00e7\u00e3o do loteamento. Caso contr\u00e1rio, podem estar comprando um terreno irregular e correrem o risco de terem as obras embargadas, al\u00e9m de responderem civil e criminalmente por essa pr\u00e1tica, que fere a Lei
