Eleitos no dia 1\u00ba de outubro passado, os cinco integrantes do Conselho Tutelar de Ibi\u00fana tomam posse nesta quarta-feira (10), em solenidade a ser realizada no Audit\u00f3rio Municipal, na Rua Benjamin Constant, 80, no centro de Ibi\u00fana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eles cumprir\u00e3o um mandato de quatro anos e ter\u00e3o pela frente uma tarefa desafiadora, uma vez que crian\u00e7as e adolescentes t\u00eam sido v\u00edtimas de diversas viol\u00eancias cometidas sobretudo por adultos no ambiente familiar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O artigo 3\u00ba do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente – ECA a ess\u00eancia da miss\u00e3o dos conselheiros tutelares:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA crian\u00e7a e o adolescente gozam de todos os direitos fundamentais inerentes \u00e0 pessoa humana, sem preju\u00edzo da prote\u00e7\u00e3o integral de que trata esta lei, assegurando-lhes, por lei ou por outros meios, todas as oportunidades e facilidades, a fim de lhes facultar o desenvolvimento f\u00edsico, mental, moral, espiritual e social, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de liberdade e de dignidade.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
