{"id":35442,"date":"2026-04-14T13:10:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T16:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/revistavitrineibiuna.com.br\/?p=35442"},"modified":"2026-04-14T13:10:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T16:10:16","slug":"ibiuna-camara-adia-votacao-de-parecer-desfavorael-as-contas-de-sasaki-de-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistavitrineibiuna.com.br\/?p=35442","title":{"rendered":"IBI\u00daNA \u2013 C\u00c2MARA ADIA VOTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE PARECER DESFAVOR\u00c1EL \u00c0S CONTAS DE SASAKI DE 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\"><strong>Um pedido de vista do vereador Rodrigo de Lima na sess\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal desta ter\u00e7a-feira (14) adiou a vota\u00e7\u00e3o do parecer do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 TCE-SP desfavor\u00e1vel a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das contas da gest\u00e3o do prefeito Paulo Sasaki relativas a 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agora, a Mesa Diretora da C\u00e2mara tem 10 dias para nova an\u00e1lise jur\u00eddica para fazer a nova convoca\u00e7\u00e3o da defesa parte citada, o ex-prefeito.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O parecer do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (TCE-SP) j\u00e1 havia passado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Finan\u00e7as e Or\u00e7amento e an\u00e1lise do Jur\u00eddico do Legislativo Municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PEDIDO DE VISTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O pedido de vista \u00e9 um instrumento regimental utilizado tanto pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio quanto pelo Legislativo para suspender temporariamente o julgamento ou vota\u00e7\u00e3o de um processo\/projeto. Ele concede tempo adicional para que um parlamentar estude profundamente a mat\u00e9ria antes de proferir seu voto, visando maior seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A justificativa do vereador Rodrigo de Lima foi que havia mais de um parecer e com muitas p\u00e1ginas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O presidente da C\u00e2mara, Carlinhos Marques, comentou que n\u00e3o havia esse precedente na hist\u00f3ria do Legislativo de Ibi\u00fana, mas que foram consultados a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o e o Jur\u00eddico da C\u00e2mara e decidiu colocar o pedido em vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O vereador Lucas Pires apoiou a consulta. J\u00e1 a vereadora Francine Bello se mostrou contra o pedido de vista, justificando que os pareceres estavam \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o desde o m\u00eas passado e que seu teor era amplamente conhecido.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VOTA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O pedido de vista foi colocado em vota\u00e7\u00e3o para decis\u00e3o soberana do plen\u00e1rio. Na vota\u00e7\u00e3o, houve dez (10) votos favor\u00e1veis ao pedido de vista; e quatro (4) votos contr\u00e1rios. O presidente n\u00e3o votou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Foram contr\u00e1rios os vereadores Francine Bello, Charles Guimar\u00e3es, Lucas Pires e Tiago Godinho.
