{"id":36463,"date":"2026-08-23T15:12:08","date_gmt":"2026-08-23T18:12:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/revistavitrineibiuna.com.br\/?p=36463"},"modified":"2026-08-23T17:52:34","modified_gmt":"2026-08-23T20:52:34","slug":"ibiuna-prefeitura-decide-nesta-segunda-pagamento-aos-162-demitidos-do-hospital-pelo-igats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistavitrineibiuna.com.br\/?p=36463","title":{"rendered":"IBI\u00daNA \u2013 PREFEITURA DECIDE NESTA SEGUNDA PAGAMENTO AOS 162 DEMITIDOS DO HOSPITAL PELO IGATS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\"><strong>Reuni\u00e3o a ser realizada na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (24) no gabinete do prefeito dever\u00e1 decidir sobre o pagamento dos direitos trabalhistas (sal\u00e1rios, f\u00e9rias, 13\u00ba, FGTS e INSS) de 162 profissionais da sa\u00fade que foram demitidos pelo Igats \u2013 Instituto de Gest\u00e3o, Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Treinamento de Sa\u00fade do Hospital Municipal de Ibi\u00fana &#8211; HMI no dia 19 de junho.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Todos eles deveriam ser indenizados no dia 5 de julho, o que n\u00e3o aconteceu at\u00e9 agora, e provocou sofrimento e ang\u00fastia pelas dificuldades financeiras que afetaram suas fam\u00edlias.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, o Igats \u00e9 o devedor principal dessas d\u00edvidas e a Prefeitura tem responsabilidade subsidi\u00e1ria [\u00e9 um segundo devedor]. Sua obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de quitar as d\u00edvidas \u00e9 secund\u00e1ria e deve ocorrer se o devedor principal n\u00e3o tiver dinheiro ou bens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recorde-se que o prefeito, por meio de um v\u00eddeo, anunciou que o Igats informou n\u00e3o ter condi\u00e7\u00f5es de pagar, al\u00e9m de ter cobrado por d\u00edvidas por atrasos de pagamentos que teriam ocorrido no governo anterior. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o prefeito atual deixou claro que fez todos os pagamentos ao Igats em sua gest\u00e3o. O Igats atuou no Hospital Municipal desde 2019, at\u00e9 seu contrato ter se encerrado em 2025. Em seu lugar, ao vencer uma licita\u00e7\u00e3o, o Instituto Morgan assumiu a gest\u00e3o do HMI no dia 19 de junho<\/strong> d<strong>este ano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A reuni\u00e3o desta segunda-feira, considerando os participantes convidados ou convocados [leia abaixo], \u00e9 indicativa que a Prefeitura poder\u00e1 decidir realizar os pagamentos, algo em torno de R$ 2,8 milh\u00f5es, numa apura\u00e7\u00e3o que fizemos h\u00e1 cerca de vinte dias.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitrine online n\u00e3o conseguiu saber se a Prefeitura, uma vez efetivado o pagamento, acionar\u00e1 juridicamente o Igats para obter o reembolso dos valores dispendidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUEM VAI PARTICIPAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al\u00e9m do prefeito municipal, devem participar da reuni\u00e3o os titulares das secretarias da Sa\u00fade, Finan\u00e7as, Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos, representantes do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade \u2013 CMS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelo Sueessor \u2013 Sindicato \u00danico dos Empregados em Estabelecimentos de Servi\u00e7os de Sa\u00fade de Osasco e Regi\u00e3o v\u00e3o participar Juarez de Paulo, vice-presidente; Amilton de Moura Rodrigues, secret\u00e1rio-geral; e a Dra.
